Our Family Restaurant’s Story

Welcome to my favorite place, Carlos’ Restaurant. Carlos’ was established in 1950 by Mark’s uncle Carlos Gomez. David and Pilly Gomez owned and operated Carlos’ for many years leaving a legacy to their children, Karla, Julie and Mark Gomez. Throughout the years the family has worked hard to maintain the legacy of Carlos’. During the 73 years that Carlos’ has been in Big Spring, the main goal is to bring good food and great service to our community. With great indebtedness to Carlos’ and the family; we are happy to bring back the great joy and love for our beloved customers. Welcome back and help us come celebrate our vibrant heritage.
